Please read our Store Policies carefully before placing your order.


PAYMENT:
No orders will be fulfilled or shipped without payment. Your order is not complete until payment is received and approved.

SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping costs are based on weight and delivery location and are calculated at checkout.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Orders ship from Portland, OR within 1-3 business days via USPS or UPS. Customer decides specific shipping carrier as well as ground or expedited shipping times at checkout. Please note shipping times are not guaranteed and delays do occur sometimes. Please order early for events and holidays!

OUTSIDE OF THE US:
Currently only shipping internationally to Canada, UK, Ireland, France and Australia. Please contact us via the contact page if you would like your country to be added to our international shipping list.

Please Note: Delivery to other countries outside of the USA can take several weeks to a month (even Canada). Buyers are responsible for any tariffs, and/or customs and import taxes applied to your order during or after shipping. Fern and Flora, Co. is not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS:
All sales are final. We do not accept returns.

DAMAGED/LOST ORDER:
Fern & Flora, Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier (USPS or UPS) to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
